The Starting Point
A growing mid-sized company was limited by manual workflows like scanning invoices, copying metadata into Excel, and manual bookkeeping. As volume grew, these processes could no longer be handled efficiently. Since there was no internal technical lead, I guided the selection of a document management system and evaluated the integration with the existing infrastructure.
